Growing Culinary and Medicinal Herbs at Home

This class will focus on how to design and implement a home medicine garden. We'll begin with a plant walk outside and then discuss the basics of growing herbs organically, harvesting and preserving the harvest. Scholarships are available; please contact the instructor if cost is a barrier.

Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, but Seward Co-op may cancel classes if there are fewer than three preregistered attendees. In this case, participants will be notified and given a full refund. Payment must be made at time of registration. To ensure a refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the class date.
