David works as asset manager for the West Bank CDC, a community-owned and directed economic and affordable housing developer. David is responsible for the long-term physical and financial health of 84 buildings (478 units) of affordable housing and two commercial buildings. His most recent project successfully financed the preservation of 38 units of affordable housing. David previously worked on projects with Seward Redesign, including the refinancing and rehabilitation of an affordable housing project within the Seward Neighborhood.

David lives in Seward with his partner and their three children. He has been a member of Seward Co-op since moving to the neighborhood in 1993. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2003, and is currently board president.
