  • Dante Lamb cheese

    Dante Lamb cheese

Whether you've not yet tasted a sheep's milk cheese or it's all you buy, Dante Lamb from the Wisconsin Sheep Dairy Co-op might just become one of your new favorites. Creamy, mild, nutty and versatile, this cheese is great for snacking, sandwiches or shaved over a salad. And it's an excellent melter; I recommend it on a grilled cheese with quince paste or date jam. - Shelly, Cheese department
